All quotes provided by Coulter are subject to acceptance by the recipient. A purchase order or equivalent documentation may confirm acceptance.

Pricing

Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote.

Coulter reserves the right to adjust prices due to changes in market conditions, supplier costs, or other factors beyond our control.

The quote will clearly state any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees.

Payment Terms

Payment Terms Net 30 unless otherwise specified in the quote or invoice.

Invoices are payable in the currency indicated on the invoice.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection fees as permitted by law.

Delivery and Shipping

Delivery dates are approximate and subject to change based on availability and other factors.

Shipping terms (e.g., FOB, CIF) will be specified in the quote.

The risk of product loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
